	Definitions: "Oz2000" refers to Oz200 Internet Connection Service. "Client" refers to any individual, business or corporate entity subscribing to services provided by Oz2000. "Account" refers to an access service purchased by the Client. Only legal adults 18 years of age or older may hold an account. Any account holder who provides access to persons under 18 years of age is personally and financially liable for that persons actions.
	Oz2000 makes no warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied as to the services it supplies, nor to the fitness of its services for a particular purpose.
	Oz2000 shall not be held responsible for any damages suffered, including, but not limited to, loss of data due to delays, misadventure, computer virus, service interruptions, misdeliveries, errors and/or omissions.
	Oz2000 exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information and data passing through its network. Clients indemnify Oz2000 from any legal action regarding said information or data.
	Oz2000 services may only be used for legal purposes. The transfer of any material that violates any regulations or laws is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by trade secret, material legally judged to be threatening and/or obscene, copyright material (including music and images), material that is slanderous or in violation of any other law. Clients also agree to indemnify Oz2000 from any claims resulting from the use of any services, or any actions that damage any other party, or themselves.
	Clients agree to comply with the rules and regulations imposed by any network or service that they access via Oz2000 services.
	Clients who abuse the service, including but not limited to, spamming, unsolicited email, flooding, offensive behaviour may have their account suspended or terminated at the discretion of Oz2000. What constitutes abuse will be decided by Oz2000 at any time. Clients may be liable for any financial costs incurred by Oz2000 due to abuse of the service.
	Any information that is obtained via Oz2000 services is used at the clients own risk. No responsibility is taken or guarantee made on the accuracy, quality or validity of any information.
	The Client is responsible for any and all telephony or data charges incurred in contacting Oz2000 services.
	If a credit card number has been supplied, the client has given permission to bill this card for any monies owing to Oz2000.
	Accounts that are in default must be paid within 7 days of notification and clients agree to pay Oz2000 any fees it incurs in the actions of obtaining monies owed to it. Accounts in default may be suspended until payment is received.
	Subscription may be cancelled at any time in writing (including email) by either party. Only full months paid in advance will be refunded. Dial-up access accounts must be cancelled prior to the start of the next calendar month.
	Oz2000 reserves the right to refuse service or subscription to any Client without reason.
	Any Client who cancels a Yearly subscription prior to its completion is entitled to a refund of any remaining full calendar months only, less months used. Months used will be billed at full normal monthly billing rates.
	Oz2000 reserves the right to modify its rates and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time.
	Use of any services provided by Oz2000 constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
